We know that education can be transformative, so connecting someone you care about to a place where they can grow and thrive can be an amazing gift.

Thames at ��Ǻ�� is our cornerstone pre-college program that helps students transition from high school into a college learning environment. Students develop skills and self-confidence to tackle educational and life transitions through personal transformation. The program is designed specifically for students who are seeking greater independence—whether they are neurodivergent, have diagnosed learning differences, or have medical challenges—with the benefit of living and learning in a supported community with their peers.

Students going through the program often share that their time at Thames is the first time they feel they “fit in” and are understood in a school environment.

All of the programs at ��Ǻ�� are built on the idea that each person can discover what’s radically possible for them when supported, respected, and given opportunities to use their unique gifts and talents to achieve their own version of success. And wherever they are in their education journey, we have something for them.
